new handling system at the
EMO 2005 |
AUGUST HEINR. SCHMIDT GmbH & Co. KG presented their TEMPO HANDLING
6037 at the EMO 2005. The TEMPO HANDLING 6037 is custom-made, due
to customer requirements.
Two, three or more saw blade magazines, stack height up to 380 mm,
saw blade magazines changeable or fixed. The loading and unloading
during the grinding process is possible.
For grinding free of vibration with a high-quality grinding result,
matching clamping fixtures are required. Therefore the TEMPO HANDLING
6037 is equipped with separate magazines for four saw blade clampings.
In combination with the multi-centering adapter saw blades with
different diameters and different bore in one stack are processed,
without manual intervention. The time-consuming changing of auxiliaries
is not necessary. A chaotic loading of the magazines with saw blades,
which differ in diameter, bore and variable teeth data is of course
possible.
The TEMPO HANDLING 6037 serves the TEMPO ECE 45 and TEMPO ECT 632/633.
Already available saw blade grinding machines can be operated by
the TEMPO HANDLING 6037. Due to the variety of the handling, different
types can be operated at the same time. The utilisation of saw blade
grinding machines, other than Schmidt-TEMPO is conceivable.
The input of the saw blade data follows through a moveable control
panel with an easy-to-operate touch screen based on Windows® CE,
or through an external PC.
